Travel Tip : Always Pack A Face Mask

I officially leave for Chicago on Thursday {whoop, whoop} for Lollapalooza and am getting super excited!! I’ve been thinking about what I want to bring and decided to share one of my favorite traveling tips with you.

Face Mask, Face Mask, Face Mask…yesssss!!!  It’s a known fact that your skin can dry out while flying as it makes you super dehydrated.  Dry skin is not happy skin.  It looks dull and lifeless.

We can easily solve that problem.  Throw a few face masks in your carry on or suitcase and you’ll be good to go.

When you get to your hotel room, take 15 minutes to put on a mask {or if you have makeup on just do it that night before bed}.  This trick is seriously the BEST while traveling…it will bring your skin back to LIFE.

The masks that I have been loving lately {especially for travel} are the Celavi Essence Facial Masks and I order them from Amazon.  They are paper sheet masks for all skin types and are nice because they come in individual packs.  They are all SUPER moisturizing as well and your skin will glow afterwards

They are made in South Korea and you know they don’t mess around with skincare.

Find Here : Celavi Essence Facial Mask – Pack of 12

You get six different types of masks {2 each – 12 in pack} and here’s a description of what each type focuses on.

Honey – Cleanse & Moisturize

Cucumber – Soothe and Soften

Tea Tree – Calm and Refresh {great for acne prone skin}

Avocado – Regenerate

Charcoal – Purify and Refine

Pomegranate _ Purify and Refresh

Any of these will be great for dehydrated skin after traveling.  I include them in my weekly skincare routine at home as well.  Once/week I steam my face with a facial steamer and apply one of these masks immediately after.

You do not need to wash your face after you remove as you want the serum to soak in.  I just rub it in after I take the mask off and go on with my day.

I hope you try out this tip because it REALLY does work!  Now I really need to go through my closet and start to plan my outfits.  I can’t wait to take you along…this is going to be a fun trip.

Let me know if you try these and what your thoughts are.
