Let’s face it, we’ve all had those nights where we just couldn’t fall asleep no matter what we did. That’s the worst feeling in the world, especially when your exhausted and no you have to get up early the next day. I’m going to share my top three tips for falling asleep quickly. My husband has the ability to fall asleep as soon as his head hits the pillow…I’m not that lucky. The following three things really do help me wind down enough to fall fast asleep in no time.
