Quick Tip Friday : Morning Meditation

Hey friends. I wanted to share a quick tip with you today that can help you start your day off on the right note. I personally do this every morning and it really helps me set my intention and focus for the day.

The answer is simple.  Meditate.  I’m not talking about setting up a spot and meditating for an hour or two {which is awesome if you have the time…which I do not}.  I’m talking about taking 5-15 minutes first thing when you wake up to spend quiet, peaceful time focusing on how you want your day to go.  I find that this really helps me to stay on track with my goals and the things that I want in my life.

You can think about anything you want, but I find that it’s best to focus on positive thoughts and goals.  Try this every day for the next week and see what you think.  For me, it’s a game changer.

Justin and I are having our date night tonight…sushi anyone?  We are going to meet one of our favorite couples at a cigar bar in our area after dinner which is always a great time.  I absolutely HATE smelling like smoke, but the bar is really cool {with huge open windows/garage doors} and they always have live music…that’s a big selling point for me.  I LOVE me some live music.
